Protein Cupcakes

This makes 20-22 large cupcakes so you might need to reduce the recipe accordingly.

7 scoops of chocolate whey protein (BSN syntha6)

8 oz apple sauce

2 tablespoons coconut oil (melted)

1 cup chocolate chips (melted)

2/3 oat milk

2 eggs

1 teaspoon baking soda

1 tablespoon baking powder

2 mashed bananas

1 cup of chocolate chips

1 tablespoon of vanilla extract

1 tablespoon of honey

2/3 cup of Greek yogurt

Frosting is just peanut butter and greek yogurt, I usually use vanilla Greek yogurt.

If you do the larger cupcakes I bake for ~16 minutes at 325 degrees, then let cool for 20-30 minutes before putting on the frosting.
