Protein Banana Bread

I tried making protein banana bread today for the first time and was blown away by how perfectly delicious and moist it came out. If you use this recipe feel free to give me some feedback at jonahlupton@gmail.com

Pre-heat oven to 335 degrees

Get baking pan(s) and lightly coat with a nonstick spray (I use a 14" x 8" glass baking dish)

Dry Ingredients:

4 scoops of banana flavored whey/casein protein (I recommend Quest Nutrition)

1.5 cups of ground oats

2 teaspoon of baking powder

2 teaspoons of cinnamon

1 teaspoon of baking soda

Wet ingredients:

5 bananas (mashed)

3/4 cup of sweetended or unsweetened apple sauce

1/3 cup of egg whites

1/2 cup of almond milk

1 cup of nonfat greek yogurt

3 whole eggs

2 teaspoons of vanilla extract

Mix dry ingredients then mix wet ingredients and combine into same bowl

Then pour into baking pan

Bake at 330 degrees for 45 minutes or until done.

Take out, let cool and eat.

Nutrition Facts (assuming 8 servings per pan):

Fat = 2g

Carbs = 25g

Protein = 20g

Totals = 198 calories per piece
